Impact-Resistant Armor for Decks
Forged for icebreakers and cargo ships, these durable marine flooring products absorb 18 kJ/m² impact energy via hexagonal Noryl® PP cells. Steel-reinforced edges prevent delamination. Chemical-proof against H2SO4 and diesel spills (OSHA Standard 1910.1200 compliant).
Shock-Diffusing Production
Injection-molded at 5,000-ton pressure with fiberglass ribs. Cryogenic treatment (-112°F) stabilizes polymer matrices. Meets IMO MSC.1/Circ.1436 shock standards.
Extreme-Duty Deployments
