Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free?
A: Yes. We can offer one piece free sample. But normally customer will bear the shipping cost.
Q: What is your term of payment?
A: TT. Normally 30% TT in advance, 70% TT after see the copy of Bill of Lading. If you request other payment term like LC, we also can do.
Q: Which payment form you can accept?
A: T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc. We accept any convenient and swift payment term.
Q: Do you have the test service?
A: Yes. If customer ask some test report, we can make that for you. We already have SGS text report for the product.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For new order, our MOQ is one 20'GP container better not mixed too many designs and sizes.
Shipping
Courier, Airplan, Ocean all can be choose based on your order quantity. Our cooperated forwarder can offer cheaper shipping cost with good service. You also can ask your cooperated forwarder to book shipping. We will follow advice.
