Ordering by Length and Planning Packaging

The supplied specification lists a foam rope MOQ of 3,000 m, with approximately 130–150 m per woven bag. Confirm whether the MOQ applies to each color, profile or specification when arranging an order.

A 45 mm foam rope example is listed at approximately 160 g per meter. This is a reference for that example, rather than a standard weight for all 45 mm products. Actual weight can vary with the yarn specification, color and production batch.

Manufacturers should estimate purchasing quantities from material consumption per furniture unit, then allow for their own cutting, weaving and production losses. Bag counts should use the confirmed packed length for the order.

From Approved Sample to Production Specification

A useful purchase specification records the profile, nominal dimensions, outer material, PVC foam core, approved color sample and required length. Packaging identification can then follow the same specification, helping production teams distinguish similar-looking materials.
