Principles of awning UV protection

The core of the principle of anti-ultraviolet rays is to reduce its transmission line, so that the ultraviolet rays are transmitted or absorbed as much as possible. There are two ways for the core, one is to make it transmittance or transmit it out. During the period, there are two situations. One is the metal coating, which is ultimately mirror transmission and courtesy transmission; it is also this kind of pearlescent functional fabric, such as the linear awning surface, which can transmit ultraviolet light in the direction of transmission. One way is to mix the material that absorbs ultraviolet rays into the fabric viscose, or after the fabric is finished, it is combed down, and some materials that absorb ultraviolet rays are entered, such as silicon oxide, zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
The awning surface is the fatal injury of the awning's UV protection function. For the reason, there are more tapes or polyester fabrics on the surface of UV-resistant awnings, which are made after UV-resistant extrusion processing. The tent surface is called silver tape, gold tape, pearl glue and so on. From the point of view of the experimental function, the silver glue shed has a preventive function.
Pay attention to the quality of the awning awning surface when choosing a UV protection shed.
1. The awning surface should be large rather than small;
2. The darker the color, the higher the UV resistance;
3. For sheds with thin and rare fabrics, the anti-ultraviolet rays are generally weak;
4. The ultraviolet prevention function of the awning is closely related to the value, and the core value strategy is the material and style of the shed bone;
5. When the awning surface is wet, due to the optical transmission function of water, the penetration rate of ultraviolet rays is increased, and the preventive function is reduced. Therefore, the wet shed should not be used as a UV protection;
6. Among the environmental elements of people's activities, ultraviolet rays are radiated to the human body from each focal point, and the anti-ultraviolet awning can cover the top of the brain.
